1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by b8vip (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and b8vip. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register, access, or use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the b8vip website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services accessible at b8vip.cam and related domains.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User to access Platform services.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers for and uses Platform services.
• "Gaming Services" refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, and other gambling products offered on the Platform.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a User into their Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Withdrawal" refers to funds transferred from a User's Account balance to their designated bank account or payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free bets, or other incentives provided by the Platform subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm User identity and comply with regulatory obligations.

3. Eligibility

To register for and use b8vip services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We strictly enforce age verification through KYC procedures.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or banned from gambling activities in any jurisdiction.
• You must register in your own name using accurate personal information. Accounts registered using false information or on behalf of third parties will be terminated.

• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom (without a UKGC license), France, Australia, and any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling.

We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

4. Account Registration

To use b8vip Gaming Services, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
• Keep your Account credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account.
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow others to access your Account.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach of your Account.
• Register only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

We reserve the right to refuse Account registration or to suspend or terminate existing Accounts at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of Terms, or misuse of Platform services.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

b8vip is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory compliance obligations, all Users must complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before making withdrawals. KYC requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiration date.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document (issued within the last 3 months) showing your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your identity document next to your face for facial recognition verification.
• Payment Method Verification: Documentation confirming ownership of payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals, such as bank account statements or e-wallet screenshots.

KYC processing typically takes 1-24 hours during business hours. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or verification at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in Account restrictions, including the inability to withdraw funds.

6. Deposits and Payments

Users may fund their Accounts through payment methods supported by b8vip, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, and GoPay. By making a deposit, you agree to the following:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. These limits are displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (9am-5pm WIB). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to credit.
• Deposited funds are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are intended solely for wagering on Platform Gaming Services.
• We do not charge deposit fees. However, your financial institution or payment provider may charge transaction fees beyond our control.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Account balance, except in cases of duplicate transactions or processing errors.
• We reserve the right to refuse deposits from any source, return deposits, or impose additional verification requirements at our discretion.

7. Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals of their Account balance subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Unverified Accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by VIP tier and payment method.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your VIP tier, with Diamond and Black Diamond tiers receiving priority processing.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 9 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.
• We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks and request further documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if we suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of Terms, or misuse of bonuses.
• We do not charge withdrawal fees. However, your financial institution may charge receiving fees beyond our control.

8. Wagering and Gameplay

When using b8vip Gaming Services, you agree to the following gameplay rules:

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or edited except in cases of clear technical error acknowledged by us.
• Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes and are final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• We reserve the right to void bets, refuse wagers, limit bet amounts, or restrict access to specific games at our discretion.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, engage in collusion, or use automated betting systems (bots) will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.
• Disconnections during gameplay will be handled according to the specific game rules. For most games, bets remain valid and results are determined normally despite disconnection.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term statistical averages. Short-term results may vary significantly from stated RTP.

9. Bonuses and Promotions

b8vip offers various bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms and conditions. General bonus rules include:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 20x-30x the bonus amount) that must be completed before withdrawal.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10%, live casino 10%. Check specific bonus terms for details.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonuses (typically Rp 25,000 per bet). Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have expiration periods (typically 7-30 days). Unused bonuses or incomplete wagering requirements expire after the validity period.
• Users may only have one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to cancel bonuses, withhold winnings, or close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or using bonuses contrary to their intended purpose.
• Bonus terms may be changed or promotions may be cancelled at any time at our sole discretion.
• Detailed terms for each specific bonus or promotion are provided at the time of the offer and form part of these Terms.

10. Responsible Gaming

b8vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activities:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per time period.
• Session Time Limits: Limit the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion.

11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account.
• Depositing funds from third-party sources or using payment methods not in your own name.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software to gain unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in coordinated betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes in game rules.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, b8vip and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from payment processor delays, bank processing times, or third-party service failures.
• Any damages arising from game malfunctions, provided we void affected bets and return stakes where technically feasible.
• Any indirect consequences of Account closure or restriction for breach of Terms.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using our services and close your Account.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding Platform services, you agree to follow this resolution process:

1. Contact our customer support team via live chat or email with full details of your complaint.
2. Our support team will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
3. If the initial response does not resolve your complaint, you may escalate to our management team for further review.
4. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesia National Arbitration Board (BANI).

You agree to waive any right to pursue class action litigation or join class action lawsuits against b8vip.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which b8vip is licensed. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

By using b8vip services, you acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that you are responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable local laws. The Platform is intended for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal and regulated.

15. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of b8vip or our licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

16. Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees and completion of pending wagering requirements will be returned to you. We reserve the right to close Accounts at our discretion for breach of Terms, inactivity, or any other reason, with reasonable notice where possible.
